What medications do you sell?

We offer a wide range of different medications including those used for serious conditions, the so-called lifestyle medications such as Viagra, anti-smoking agents and weight loss medicines, and various nutritional and dietary supplements.

We sell both brand-name and generic products. As a legitimate online pharmacy, we do not offer any medications that have a high potential for abuse. What does the term "generic" mean?

According to the recent FDA data, generic drugs account for about 45-50 percent of all prescription drug purchases in the United States.
Generic drugs are produced and distributed without patent protection. A generic contains the same active ingredients as the brand pills and is identified by its chemical name rather than its brand name. Generic Drugs are manufactured by the certified producer but not by the original drug's producer. Generic drugs can be issued when the brand-name equivalent's patent expires. Upon the original medicine's patent expiration any pharmaceutical company can obtain a right on its production and purchase a chemical formula.

Why do generic medicines cost less than brand ones?

Usually, generic products become available once the patent protections afforded to the original manufacturer have expired. Also, there are drugs that never held patents, and in some countries patents are just not enforceable.

What is the quality of generic drugs?

The safety and effectiveness of generic drugs are established by the fact that all of them go through the FDA review and approval procedure. Besides this thorough examination of the drug's ingredients and performance, the FDA also conducts periodic inspections of the manufacturing plants to ensure there are no changes in the approved drug's quality. Quite often generic drugs are manufactured by the same company that makes their brand-name counterparts.
It is important to keep in mind that generic and brand-name drugs do look more or less different. This is accounted for by the possible differences in their inactive ingredients such as color and flavor additives, and by the copyright and trademark regulations that does not allow for exact copies of the existing brand-name products. These differences have no effect on the medical action of the drug whatsoever.

Are the generic pills sold here FDA approved?

Is there a difference between 50mg and 100mg ED tabs? What should be my starting dosage?

We’d recommend you the starting dosage of 25mg because you can split your own pills and save more money this way. You should never start with a higher dosage; always work your way up to find out what's right for you. The standard dosage for example Viagra is 25mg, and the standard dosage for Cialis and Levitra is 20mg. The prescribe dosage determined by your doctor according to your age and weight, so, please, consult your doctor before ordering.

Do you require a prescription before purchasing on your site?

Notice that we do not require any prescription for anything you can order on our site, but we strongly recommend you to consult your doctor before ordering anything from us.

Shipping and delivery

What shipping methods do you offer?

Currently there are two different shipping methods available: Standard Airmail delivery and Express Courier (EMS) delivery.

Standard Airmail is a cheaper and reliable option. However, orders sent by Standard Airmail take more time to get delivered.

Express Courier delivery is much faster and provides a benefit of being able to track your parcel in real time using tracking number. Tracking information becomes available within 4 business days after the order has been dispatched and is updated throughout the whole delivery period.

Note that although Standard Airmail is trackable in most cases as well, tracking information becomes available only on delivery (or attempted delivery) of the order. This allows us to see if your order was indeed successfully delivered, but does not provide any real-time delivery details. In some cases, the packages sent by this postal service can take up to a maximum of 30 days to arrive.

What are your shipping rates and policies?

At the moment we offer 2 shipping options:

Standard Airmail delivery (10 - 21 days)

Express Courier delivery (8 - 14 days)

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an e-mail to notify you that your product has left our facility. From this point your product is only 8-21 days (depending on the shipping method chosen) from arriving at your home or office.

Please note that orders are shipped on business days only (Monday to Friday, with the exception of public holidays).

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship internationally, to most countries of the world. Please contact our Customer Service or check the order form to find out the available delivery options for your region.

How orders are being sent?

We understand that your confidentiality and anonymity is important when you place an order online with us. That's why our orders are sent in discreet looking packages without any information of the contents on the outside of the package.

What if the package is damaged or something is missing?

In this case you are to contact our support team and notify of the problem. We will either resend the package or refund your payment. See our Delivery Guarantee for more information. Please note that if there are 100 or even more pills in your order, the order will be sent in several packages.

What is delivery insurance?

We are proud to offer free delivery insurance for ALL orders. This means that in an unlikely event that any problems occur with your order, we will reship it for free and you will not have to bear any shipping fees or any other additional charges.

Can my order be delayed at customs?

If this happens, you'll be informed additionally. The recipient is asked to come and give a permission to examine the parcel. After that you should receive your products. If you have any problems with getting your order, please let us know and we will try to resolve the problem.

What sum do I have to pay if you reship the product?

We will reship the product free of charge. No additional charges will be placed.

Why I still haven't received my order?

You can use your Shipping tracking code to check the current delivery status, if you ordered using the express delivery method. If you used standard airmail delivery then it could take up to 30 days for your order to be delivered. If only the parcel does not arrive within this term, you should contact your local postal office. If they confirm that the parcel has not been delivered, we will reship the order FREE of charge for you. Though, if the original order subsequently arrives as the reshipped order then we rely on your honesty to inform us as soon as possible. We always do our best to solve problems in a reasonable manner.

What if the order isn’t received during the delivery time?

If the order isn’t received during the delivery time we guarantee to reship the product free of charge or give your money back.

Where are the medications shipped from?

The medicines we offer are produced at several licensed facilities located in the USA and India, the world's largest generic drugs manufacturer and a renowned brand-name drugs manufacturer. The whole manufacturing process is regulated by the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and other relevant authorities.

What is your return policy?

If for some reasons you are not completely happy with your purchase or you have never received it, we will reship the package or refund your payment. We can also exchange your purchase. Please use our Customer Support Page and we will readily assist you with your problem.

Payments and order processing

How can I order from you?

To make an order you have to choose the product you are to purchase by clicking "Order now" button. Then Choose the proper dosage and quantity, press "Add to cart". When clicking on "Checkout" button, you will be taken to our secure server where you can securely fill in shipping and billing details and process your order. If the order is accepted you will see the notification on the screen and the order confirmation message will be automatically sent to the e-mail address you specify.

When will my credit card be charged?

As soon as you fill in the form at the checkout page and press the "Confirm Order" button, the information is transmitted to our processing centre where it is checked and thus the credit card is charged. As soon as the payment is authorized, your order is approved and processed. You will immediately receive an order confirmation e-mail and another e-mail once your order has been dispatched.

Can I cancel the order and can I get my card credited?

How can I check the status of my order?

After making your purchase you will get an e-mail containing information about the purchase and login details of your customer account area where you can track the status of your order.
